3 Course Meal

Starters
(v) Button mushrooms stuffed with a creamy feta
cheese, gently cooked in a garlic and herb butter,
finished with cream.
(v)* Dolmathes. Vine leaves parcels filled with
rice, minced meat, cinnamon, fresh parsley and
seasoning, drizzled with lemon and olive oil
(v)* Keftethes. Port meatballs with herbs, fresh
parsley and onions seasoned and shallow fried till
golden, served with spicy tomato sauce.
(v) Fried Halloumi (Cypriot Goat's cheese) with
roasted peppers
Main Courses
Kleftiko. Prime joint of lamb on the bone, slowly
roasted with cinnamon bark, bay leaves, sliced
garlic and lemon juice.
Chicken fillets stuffed with Halloumi, sun dried
tomato, roasted red pepper and basil with a barnaise
sauce.
*Vegetarian Mousaka. The classic dish of courgettes,
aubergines and potatoes with cheesy bchamel sauce.
Prime cut of steak with saut mushrooms and metaxa
brandy, finished with double cream
